Not only are the vehicles overpriced.. but for being a "not based on commission" dealership, they definitely pressure you way too much. Seller never messaged back, never called, never seemed intresed, and "not based on commission" dealership, they definitely pressure you way too much. Seller never messaged back, never called, never seemed intresed, and definitely pressured us way too much when it was a decsion on a $65k car.. He wanted us to give him an answer within the first hour of being there. When we told him that we needed to think it over night, he offended us various times on our decsion making. If your wondering, we did buy the car, but because it was a car that we wanted. The experience alone is definitely NOT what I wanted especially for such an expensive car. At your Own Risk at this one. More

Just want to say I hate buying new cars....but I purchased a Sportage from Mark Kia back in 2006 and had a great experience. So when they time came to" bite the bullet" again (15 years later) I wen purchased a Sportage from Mark Kia back in 2006 and had a great experience. So when they time came to" bite the bullet" again (15 years later) I went back to Mark Kia. Salesperson Robert Lemon was great!! We emailed back in forth until I narrowed down my selections and pricing. I schedule an appointment and he had the vehicles waiting. I selected a 2020 Kia Sportage. I was offered upgrades, financing ,insurance ect but never felt pressured. Everything went smooth. I would not hesitate buying a car from Mark Kia again ... in another 15 years!! More

I moved from Dallas TX where I had my fav dealership and was skeptical of having to go to a new placed here in AZ...and all the reason to be skeptical as I went to a couple of dealerships near me and had th was skeptical of having to go to a new placed here in AZ...and all the reason to be skeptical as I went to a couple of dealerships near me and had the worst experience ever the IGNORANCE of sales guys and the negativity in being able to help was horrible. Mark Kia...Amazing experience my sales guy Robert Lemon went above and beyond to help me get into a new vehicle...I am always going to recommend him and the dealership to anyone and everyone I come across...After going to other dealerships i was truly impressed at the customer service I experienced with Robert and his dealership. More

Pretty easy process. Came in to replace a second car and Robert Lemon found us a good deal. Of course they tried to sell us on a few extras which we know are pure profit for the dealership which we declined Robert Lemon found us a good deal.
