He quickly confirmed for me the details of the credit terms, fees, options, etc. This was my 1st experience securing a car online and not locally. When I arrived, everything was as quoted over the phone and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I test drove the car and signed all the papers. My dealings with the salesman, Robert LaMarr, were very customer friendly and professional. He is a very positive asset to this Lexus dealership. This is an exceptional car dealership. The facility is clean, modern and tailored to the customer. Unlike many dealerships that have the customer out in the open negotiating their deals, this one has ind clean, modern and tailored to the customer. Everyone encountered throughout our experience thus far has been courteous and professional and left us feeling as if our needs come before that of the dealership's.
