Great service and great service advisor Just had my car serviced two weeks ago but my car did not start this Sunday. Towed to Honda and they started to work on it promptly on MOnday, called Just had my car serviced two weeks ago but my car did not start this Sunday. Towed to Honda and they started to work on it promptly on MOnday, called me to explain the problems, and took care of the starter and a few other things that needed replacement. As usual always professional staff. Friendly and helpful. My car is running well again. The service manager is always excellent to work with. More

Most recently I have generally worked with Mr. Robert Hersh, whom I think exemplifies the high quality of the staff. He has always been attentive and prompt in dealing responding to my service needs, explaining the work that needed to be done in clear and understandable terms. Courteous and personable, he keeps me informed about the progress of the work being done. I cannot recommend him highly enough. More

While there we started looking at vehicles, and Antonio approached us, since he noticed our current hybrid. We ended up driving two cars home today, and I absolutely thrilled with my new Honda Civic EX-L - love it! The manager was very helpful as well, and we appreciate their time they took with us. I received great service again yesterday, as expected. Scheduled an appt with Robert H, who also helped me when I arrived. He listened to my concerns, made suggestions, and was professional. Because my visit was diagnostic, he called me once he had information about my 2005 CR-V. We discussed options and decided on the right course of action. He also helped me order a part to be installed during my next service appt. I can't say enough about all of the great people at Waldorf Honda, and I recommend them to everyone. More
