Amazing customer service from Robert. Wanted to surprise my mom with a new car. He had the cars parked in the front ready for her to pick the color she liked. We were out the door and driving in a new car my mom with a new car. He had the cars parked in the front ready for her to pick the color she liked. Didn't do all the work and never kept me informed. After multiple days of having my car I had to call myself and see if the car was ready. They never called me to inform me it was. I went to grab it and they gave me the car back with a key FOB that was completely ruined. It was not turned in that way. They replaced it. Then I realize they didn't turn the trunk back on, they didn't fix the back door from making the noise its making. But they surely took care of everything that cost me money!! Like the oil and tires. Almost $600 later and I get the car back half done with a screwed up FOB. It's disappointing because not I have to leave it AGAIN to finish what they didn't. Im not going back to Williamson. I would rather drive to midtown and visit Braman. More

Unprofessional I chose to return to the dealer for the pleasant and satisfactory experience I had when I first made the oil change service to my encore 2018, but wha I chose to return to the dealer for the pleasant and satisfactory experience I had when I first made the oil change service to my encore 2018, but what happened to me on Friday 09, since I had to communicate with an employee who was keeping me coughing up and the attitude that I use towards my person, was the worst experience in a customer service employee that can be lived.. At the end of the day since they never informed me that the detail clean service lasted a minimum of 4 hours , I got that my car was NOT CLEAN TO THE LEVEL THAT I HAD PAID.. dirty glass, unclean seats spots and removed the rear cover , a plastic cover on the back side, a plastic cover pice where the passenger door is shown and a cover that goes on the speed change handle. So I had to come back on saturday and when I asked for Richard supervisor.. Mr. Rolando saw my car and called Mr. Fernando and his without even said hello took the car, I returned 4 hours after as Mr.. Rolando said it and although something better NOT GREAT AT SUPPOSE TO BUT TWO PIECES STILL MISSING and the employee who is in the entrance told me that my car was taken 30 mons after I arrived a d no employee called me or anything... what a shame that this dealer works like this because my experience buying my car with Mr.. Garcia was excellent and I have recommended it to my friends and colleagues . More
