The 5 minute vehicle orientation was seriously lacking. Dealership / salesperson needs to spend enough time with new car owners to ensure the technology is understood. I would have liked a tour of the dealership, where the service department is located and introduced to service department manager, and accessories department. I can’t speak highly enough about Mark from finance. He was extremely personable and professional. A great asset to your team! We purchased the additional warranty and service packages.
