After visiting other dealers we traveled to Orlando to visit Sport Subaru. Our first visit was to look at new Subarus and it was a totally different car buying experience. We met Robert Duran who provided us with valuable information without any pressure to buy. Robert and his dealership did not constantly call or email us afterwards. Once we decided to purchase we visited a second time and met with Robert and Dave Roman. They truly were pleasant and respectful to deal with. There was no pressure to close the deal. Only presenting the value of purchasing from Sport Subaru. We purchased a new Crosstrek on our second visit. Both the Subaru brand and Robert made this a great car buying experience. We truly got the value we were looking for! More

Great experience after running into other wrong places. I had talked on the phone with Subaru at Hunters Creek and they told me they did have the model I was looking for. I wanted a Subaru Impresa on a lease for 189, I had seen on an ad. But when I arrived they did not have it. So they offered me another one and they were going to find the price.took my information and then left me waiting. After 20 minutes, I was told: "I am looking for the kee". And then he went on chatting with others. So I just decided to leave. I was then called by Sport Subaru. They texted me their address, and they don't charge any fees, as the first dealership. So I start saving 700 dollars. When I arrived, they immediately welcome me, make me sit down, show the car, show the price, show the options. if I have to wait they came with water, coffee, more. They tell me how much time they need and apologize. And it is not long.There is no pressure, and they respect you. I even got a new registration sticker taken care of. I was very pleased. With the price, the place, the people. More

Really impressed and satisfied I was looking for a new car and Subaru was one of my first options, but it wasn’t the first place I visited. I went to a couple of dealerships before I was looking for a new car and Subaru was one of my first options, but it wasn’t the first place I visited. I went to a couple of dealerships before and I was dissapointed on how pressured I was to get a car, I know that can be expected in many dealerships, but once we decided to visit Sport Subaru the process felt a thousand times easier. Robert Duran assisted us through the whole process, he never once made me feel pressured and he did a great job going through the details and facts I needed to know to make sure I’m doing the best choice possible. Once or twice he had to run the numbers for us, but he was always willing, warming and cordial. Ask for him if you’re looking for a car in Subaru Orlando, that place is great. More

Super Positive Experience As a person who has always purchased "new" cars I must say that I have never experienced such a STRESS FREE buying experience. We were met by Mr. Robert Duran with the most genuine smile I have ever seen on a car salesman! He let us see the cars we were interested in and we felt NO PRESSURE! We then spoke briefly with Mr. Orlando Soto who gave us very honest and helpful advice on my trade-in. One week later, we returned to purchase the car that WE WANTED! We also worked with Mr. Ted Pappas who again was as genuine and helpful and fair as can be! We finished the night with what could have been the most painful experience, with Mr. Jonathan Frisby and much to our delight he made signing papers a great time!!!!! I don't have enough words to Thank this staff and the way in which they treat customers. THANK YOU SIRS!!!!!!!!!!! More
