Robert did a wonderful job with communication throughout the deal process. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He also took the time to help me transfer all of my stuff from my old car to my ne the deal process. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Terrible follow through and no return phone calls. I had an issue with my front end and I received no call back from Alexander after he said he would call me within the hour. Never was given our zip d I had an issue with my front end and I received no call back from Alexander after he said he would call me within the hour. Never was given our zip drive and we have yet to receive our title. Had to call multiple times to get them to email our receipt. I will not be recommending or going there again. More

Totally unhappy with the last deal on the Chevy Silverado called Rob on the fourth day after the purchase and explained to him some of the issues with the vehicle he informed me by text that the manager sai called Rob on the fourth day after the purchase and explained to him some of the issues with the vehicle he informed me by text that the manager said they cannot fixed the issues however they will trade me out I tried to contact Rob to make arrangements however he refused from answering my text and calls.He is very good PRIOR to sale but when there is a problem after he is very reluctant to deal with it very disappointed More

Rob did a great job finding us a vehicle that is a great match for what we need and want. There wasn't a 2nd key at time of delivery, but came in the next day and Brett in Service had our spare key ready in match for what we need and want. Rob was fine although the car was overpriced and we did not get the dealership's best price. The financial person was knowledgeable but the financial pzrt of the purchase was rushed. One of the big things was that she diid not explain to us that we did not have to buy some of the mIntenace agreement stuff and that they were optional. We therefore ended up with maintance agreement stuff we did not need. More

Robert was so helpful. He wasn’t pushy like most car salesman. He was very relaxed and allowed me to test drive whatever vehicles I wanted.
