Excellent Customer Experience Bell Audi is great. I always have local Audi dealerships in my then-current towns, but I am dedicated to Bell Audi for always putting in the extra ef Bell Audi is great. I always have local Audi dealerships in my then-current towns, but I am dedicated to Bell Audi for always putting in the extra effort to find me the perfect car. Therefore, the 180-mile roundtrip trek to Edison, NJ from eastern Long Island is/was well worth it, as my car is a perfect match for me. Robert D'Angelo and the team have always met my needs and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Clarence Evans is also extremely easy to work with as well. Ask for these two and you'll be in good hands. More

Poor communication and customer service This place is seriously understaffed. If you want knowledgeable sales associates, go anywhere else but here. They have a non existent internet sales department, wake up it's 2018! I can't speak for their service dept, but if it's anything like their sales then I'd steer clear. Seriously hire more people!! Poor communication and training Was told I could not put a deposit down on a car. I am coming from out of state and would take a bit of organizing to get to the dealer. Worked out the numbers with Briana and said I would see her the next day and told me she could hold the car until noon. I was more than halfway there the next morning to purchase the car and I received the phone call they accepted a deposit from someone else for the vehicle. If they said someone else came and paid for the vehicle in full I could understand. They either have no policies in place or the sales people pick and choose what to do. I’m not upset. I’m relieved I did not have to further deal with them. More

Sold a new vehicle with damage and didn't disclose it In July 2017, I bought a 2017 Audi A4 P+ from Bell Audi. A couple months later, I was thinking I should have went with the S4 instead so I decided to In July 2017, I bought a 2017 Audi A4 P+ from Bell Audi. A couple months later, I was thinking I should have went with the S4 instead so I decided to see what my options were. Found a good deal at another dealership and after negotiation, I was advised that my vehicle had damage. After some back and forth, they sent me the carfax that did indeed show damage reported the same month i purchased my vehicle. The car was in Bell Audis possession the entire time, and the damage was reported after I purchased the vehicle. Surprise Surprise, they wont return my calls and the General Manager is never in. Make sure you check the carfax or they will see a vehicle in bad faith just for a sale. Lost a customer for life. I will purchase my future Audis somewhere else. More

They kept every one of their promises every step of the way from agreeing to a great price, to closing the transaction, with the car, on time to pick up my son from school. They were incredibly patient and went out of their way to address all of my concerns to make me comfortable with the purchase of my S4. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future, and recommend them to my family and friends. Worst Dealer Initially I was happy when I first purchased my vehicle they we're nice to me. Even though I spent almost 11 hrs here my first time I did not mind & I Initially I was happy when I first purchased my vehicle they we're nice to me. Even though I spent almost 11 hrs here my first time I did not mind & I disregard a comment. I recall of the sales manager Greg tell my sales rep I had to wait when the sales rep was trying to rush him to sign some documents because I had been there for so many hours. Greg said "Is she buying a new car NO! it's pre-owned so she has to wait" like if my sale was not important... a 2016 car?? been bought in 2017" Guess to him that was poor. - First they never gave my paper work when I signed for my vehicle - My owner's manual was never placed in the car - My vehicle went back twice for a 4-wheel alignment which was still off (I had to go else where to finally get a good alignment) - One of my mirrors was coming off and had to be re-glued ALL OF THIS IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH FROM THE PURCHASE DATE!!!! I live far from Bell Audi did not appreciate having to go back and forth so many times. One day I get a flat and my wheel lock key is no where to be found.I had to go spend money and time to get all my wheel locks changed, when I get to the Audi Service in a different location the service manager there told me I was about the fifth person they serviced because Bell Audi "forgot" to give them their wheel lock key. The worst thing besides their bad service team is the attitude these people have like if I did not have a right to be pissed off about their errors it's truly disgusting. The receptionist who answer the phone are straight out nasty, I am not 100% sure of the name of the last rude one but I believe it was Maureen. The sales rep who sold me the vehicle told me the first time I called to leave him out of it, if the mistake was made by the service. I never had included him they always ask who your sales rep is and transfer you to them. Since he told me that I made sure never to be transferred back to him. The only person I have dealt with from Bell Audi that is exempt from this review is Jackie who was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many condescending and unprofessional people. I hope I never have to set foot in Bell Audi again!!!! More
