Consistent personal service Whenever I bring my vehicle to Lindsay Volvo for service I am greeted by name by both Craig Ize my Service Advisor and Kenny, the Shop foreman. They genuinely care about me as a customer and go the extra distance to insure my issues are resolved before a freshly washed car is returned. More

Lack of Transparency and Honesty Two words: Transparency and honesty. We traveled 4 hours during a rare weekend getaway to test drive a wide variety of used Volvo vehicles at a reputable dealership-according to reviews. Unfortunately, we will be repeating the same frustration as Amy verbalized in her negative review. Our salesman: Robert and Dionte were both low pressure and very helpful during test drives. We eventually decided upon a Volvo V90- during the "Lets Make A Deal" portion of the sale, Dionte NEVER mentioned there is only 1 key fob. He insists salesman are not aware of how many key fobs each vehicle has.?? Dionte did tell us about this mishap when were ready to leave, standing in the parking lot-hours later. We also pointed out that our vehicle did not have floor mats and the 12 volt covers were also missing. Dionte quickly remedied the floor mats, 12 volt covers, touch up paint for obvious chipped paint ( we are grateful) and stated if we come back tomorrow (Monday) he would get us a key fob and have it programmed. This was not possible as we work for a living. Dionte then states our key fob would be under warranty- so not true. So, here we are 11 days later, Dionte informs me that Lindsay Volvo will not provide a key fob for free it will now cost me $620 to have a new key fob programmed which does not include our travel/hotel expenses. There is no discount provided for lack of transparency or dishonesty. A large company who spends a minimum of tens of thousands of dollars in advertisement to attract new customers but is unwilling to provide a transparent and honest deal ruins the magical experience of purchasing a newer car. I'll also point out that a local dealer is able to provide the same key fob w/ programming for $510. I assure you Lindsay Volvo that my recommendations to fellow Volvo owners to do business with you would greatly exceed your $620 in savings however, I don't believe you care. More

Excellent service To Kevin with his persistence he got me into the door, to Keith who walked me through the most tedious paper work and answering my layman questions w To Kevin with his persistence he got me into the door, to Keith who walked me through the most tedious paper work and answering my layman questions with patience. To Robert who had the patience to walk me thru the car buying process and explaining in DETAIL all the trims on Volvo cars. At the end explaining everything about the car and setting me up electronically! Keep It up and thank you. More
