I have been dealing with Orange Buick for 15 years, and they are consistently the best dealership I have encountered, bar none! I drive a 2007 Saturn Aura XR and have been coming to Orange Buick for all my service & warranty issues since Saturn closed. I am extremely happy with the service I receive and the advice I am given. Robert Cicero is my HERO! 8:30 am August 3, 2011, I called hysterical because I had no brake lights or turn signals. Mr. Cicero was so kind and patient with me as I attempted to provide the informatio called hysterical because I had no brake lights or turn signals. Mr. Cicero was so kind and patient with me as I attempted to provide the information he needed. He didn't even mind that I had purchased the car somewhere else! He told me to come in at 10:00 am and by 11:15 my Pontiac G6 was ready to go. Thank God for Mr. Cicero! Within 3 hours, my day had gone from scary awful to wonderful. I will recommend Orange Buick to everyone I can! More

I have had my Buick and Pontiac serviced at Orange Buick, GMC since 2007. I have found that Tim Filotel and Robert Cicero very good service Consultants. Most of the time I am dealing with Tim. He greats m GMC since 2007. I have found that Tim Filotel and Robert Cicero very good service Consultants. Most of the time I am dealing with Tim. He greats me when I arrive and he reviews the service that I have requested. I have never had an issue on not having the job done correct the first time. I have always received my car back clean and in a timely manner. Everyone I have talked with at the dealship was friendly and willing to help. I would strongly recommend Orange Buick, GMC service and sales department. More

I have had Orange Buick service my vehicles since 1981 even when it was not a Buick and have always been more than pleased with the quality of their work and professional customer service. The people on the service floor seem to be a bit too sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the probl sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the problem was solved with a much less expensive repair. of course there is no way to prove that this dealer's repair was for the wrong part after the fact. The service advisor's comments basically defended the work done...What did I expect??? More

I went to Robert Cicero yesterday for my AC, hoping it was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn't have applied that to the service. A friend went to his trustworthy garage, and they told him the job would only cost $375 + tax. Do the math, that's $441 difference, more than the cost of the initial service! The part itself is only about half that, so Orange Buick GMC is trying to rip you off! Since Saturn's closing I cannot find a dealer whom I trust. I've never been treated more royally, and felt like I was a valued family member as with Saturn. I've been unemployed for some time, and I need to save all the unnecessary expenses I can, just like us all. Guess who won't be coming back? Oh yeah, and I'm out 55 bucks! Hopefully people aren't getting ripped off on cars too, but that can be researched easier. More
