The salesman, Robert Chin, was nice and informative on the new model of vehicle we were interested in. He took us on multiple test drives of the different trim levels and was easy to conversate with and the new model of vehicle we were interested in. The dealership was willing to negotiate and eventually came down to the price I said I would pay. There was the typical back and forth haggling I've experienced at every dealership, but overall it was a good experience! The finance manager was easy going and was also able to work with me on a price I could swallow for an extended warranty. I do not normally like paying more for an extended warranty but with the cost of things skyrocketing these last few years, I figured I would roll the dice. More

They are liars who go back on agreements and do anything to get you in the dealership. The quoted me the incorrect car, the agreed on a price on the correct car and when I went to the dealership they bumped to get you in the dealership.
