Now I'm writing a second review based on my follow-up experience shortly after taking ownership of the vehicle. Being a non-technical person I generally have difficulty understanding the plethora of information systems. In the past, at other dealerships, it would require my making 2-3 visits to the dealership to gain this knowledge and control. However, this time my experience was different. Zach, the sales/technical individual who assisted me, was extremely patient, explaining the auto's systems and answering my questions in an easy, unhurried, yet very informative manner. Thanks to Zach I now feel in full control of the varied systems and do not need to make another visit. More
