Gilbert, the sales person was great. The overall sales Manger was great. The finance lady was great. The only issue major issue I had was with the night time sales manger. I did not appreciate being talked down to, when I had a brought up a legitimate with him. If it wasn't for him, it would have been a five star experience. The night time sales manger should learn from Gilbert (sales person) and Robert Bouza (sales manager) how to treat customers. More

I love my Nx 300! I had a wonderful experience dealing with Woodfield Lexus! Robert Bouza called me & told me what inventory they had & which cars were coming soon. I went in to see the car colors & met with Woodfield Lexus! Robert Bouza called me & told me what inventory they had & which cars were coming soon. I went in to see the car colors & met Robert B &Dan Rosen. They made my decision easier because they made me very informed & no matter how many questions, etc I had, they took the time & effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Once I picked a car that was coming, Dan kept me informed when it was coming & made my experience very easy! Derrick spent an hour explaining all the features of my new car. He was very patient & sooo helpful! I can’t recommend Woodfield Lexus enough! I had a great experience & was treated wonderfully! Sheri More
