I have been married for 12 years to my lovely wife Stacie. Spending time with my 5 children and my granddaughter is the highlight of my life. Overall, not super happy with Corwin Toyota Sales. I gave the Dealership a 5 star review on Google, but can easily take that back. Although I am a man of my word, I gave the review per thanks to JR and the GM Curtis. They were able to remove some add-on that my sale rep Stephen Smith said it was mandatory. Here's the Negatives: 1. Sales Rep was unresponsive when I called and left a message, or text their dealer number. 2. Sales Rep rushed through everything. Did not provide proper documentation requested at the time of meeting. I requested OTD pricing with Taxes and fees and it was never provided. 3. Car was allocated and was not notified til 10 days after, but I found out because I called multiple times, and eventually requested for a manager for updates. That's when I found out my car was allocated. 4. I got a build without my requested package and Sales Rep insisted I pay more than my original quoted price. After a long talk, I got the Sales Rep to relook at the paper work and dropped the price. I added on the hitch/wiring harness. OEM All Weather floor liners, and requested for Heated seats too. I didn't realize they went to a 3rd party for Heated seats. I would have been nice to know because I'm pretty sure the dealership marked up this pricing. 5. Additional Dealership Add ons - Sale Rep said Pulse Braking and Data Dot was mandatory adds and I could not remove it. Found out all the add on are "Voluntary" in their contract and of course this was the last paperwork I signed with Financing. Luckily I reviewed all my paperwork at home after signing before picking up my car. Sales Rep and Financing guy wanted me to sign all paperwork before going through the checklist. I was happy to sign, but requested that everything needs to be run thru again before leaving the dealership with the vehicle. 6. Day of pick up, Sales Rep just wanted me out the door without running through the check list, without going through the App. And I had to insist on running through the check list. 7. Paperwork said car would be detailed. Found bird poop on the windshield. Found dirt and water stains all over the car. I even have photos for proof. He did a quick clean but at this point I was already irritated. 8. Talked to the GM and was able to get the Pulse and Data Dot removed. Curtis was extremely nice and so was JR. We connected and I told them these items were not beneficial for me and I did not need them, nor did I want to pay for them. J.R. removed them off the contract and they had their Service dept. remove the PULSE. I told them I would give a 5 star review. 9. I usually manage my owns car maintenance, so I was at the Parts and Accs. Dept buying OEM Oil Filters and Oil. When I walked by the Sales Rep. I noticed him and 2 others gossiping about me. Sorry this is unprofessional. They should have waited til I was out of the building. 11. I'm loyal to Toyota and their cars. But I will not be loyal to this dealership. I requested for transparency and all I got was dishonest sales people. More

Rob was very pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding both during the sale and afterwards. We needed to return to the dealership a day or two later to have the vehicle detailed in order to remove sticker both during the sale and afterwards. Service during the sale is one thing, but working so quickly with us days later left us with a good feeling and would recommend other to seek him out. He provided a great experience. They were very responsive and timely when I contacted them via their website. This is my second Yaris, but first purchase from Toyota and Larry H Miller. I am confident in saying they probably have a Toyota customer for life. only mark I would put against would be the window sticker said the car included a full tank of gas and it was not delivered with a full tank, but that's minor really. Wasn't enough to pull a star, and would not prevent me from going back to Larry H Miller again. More
