Robert is a second generation car guy, having devoted almost his entire automotive career to the service dept. He has been here with Subaru since 2006. When asked what he likes about himself, he is quick to reply... being left-handled (it's a right brain thing), a love of fruit pies and his ever growing collection of gray hair ("Hey, I've earned every single one!"). Though born in Utah, Robert was raised in a little surf town along the Northern California coast (Santa Cruz County). He returned to Utah for college, ultimately met his bride (Maxine) and the two of them now live in Riverton with their 5 children and "Zeus", the family pooch. He claims the 49ers for football, the Giants for baseball and the Utah Jazz (because the Golden State Warriors were terrible when he was a kid).

I've already used the Service Department twice and was impressed at their prompt service and professionalism. All in all, quite a change to many of my previous car buying experiences. More

We have had all the service done on our Outback at the South Towne Subaru dealership; Robert Baldwin has always taken care of us and treated us well. It was time to purchase a new Subaru Outback and Dave Turcotte was so kind, patient and no pressure from him at all. We will continue to have our service done at this dealership. We purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback in January 2014 from MMS. What a great place to buy a car! I have purchased cars before at other dealerships, both new and used, but I have never had a more enjoyable exp MMS. What a great place to buy a car! I have purchased cars before at other dealerships, both new and used, but I have never had a more enjoyable experience than I did at MMS. Their team went over and above their duty when I contacted them by email regarding trading in my 2011 on a newer Outback. They put together two packages they thought would fit for me and give us the best deal possible, They were very clear on the choices we had and offered to get a car delivered from another dealership if we were not satisfied with your inventory. The car we actually bought was not on the lot at the time and they wasted no time in getting the car we wanted delivered, detailed and out waiting for us. We actually had keys to our new guy before we signed the paper work, which was a first for me. They also climbed in our new car and showed us how to pair my phone with my new Outback as well as pointing out some features and how to use them. The finance team finished up our paperwork and were very personable, and went out of their way to explain some things about my new Subaru that I did not know, and some features that I actually did not know I was going to have on my new vehicle, as well as some tips for how to enhance my driving experience and use my features more effectively. He made the experience a very nice one, and a short one. They made signing on the dotted line enjoyable, and we were quite happy with the deal we received. And Wait, There’s More!!! Upon arriving home we noticed that there was a scratch and paint knick on the front of our new vehicle. I was very concerned that your dealership would not want to repair this as we did not see it before we left the lot, but upon notifying them of this, he very nicely and immediately got his team to help me get this fixed with the help of the Subaru body shop in Salt Lake and even followed up with me on this to make sure that the repair was done to my satisfaction. . I realize that most people think that this is just the normal stuff businesses should do but in this day and age when customer service is becoming a thing of the past I appreciate this kind of service. Being that this is my second Subaru, I have also worked with the Service Staff and I have to tell you that they always treated me with respect and they were very courteous whether I was bringing in my 2011 for service, just calling with a question, or when I had to fix the scratch on my new one. All around the best dealership I've EVER WORKED WITH!!! More

I was impressed with Jason as I turned in my 2001 Subaru with 141,000+ miles. My previous buy from the former owners was horrible, however I stayed with the dealorship simply because of their service team. with 141,000+ miles. Jason was professional, and extremely helpful in providing the best price options and in showing me the features of the car. After driving it home and then returning with my old title it impressed me again on Jason's willingness to help me with the manual shifting gears. I couldn't be more pleased and so here we go again with another great subaru -- thanks to all of you and your pleasant but professional and no-hassle buying. After working with Robert Baldwin for a decade, I knew that I would come back for a new car and it was time. Robert has always treated me with respect and understanding particularly when difficult service problems arise. I am gratful to all of the employees at Mark Miller Subaru -- If I wasn't retired I would be competing with Ron for the great transportation support that he provides me when I have to leave my car there for service. The facilities are comfortable including a newly redecorated waiting area for service customers. People remember your name as a repeat customer. They maintain a computer record of prior service work performed on your vehicle. Pricing of the work is consistent with other dealerships. I have been utilizing this dealership (and its predecessor Larry Miller Subaru) since I purchased the vehicle from them. More
