Only 2 words sums it up, Robbie Kwo I usually never give reviews but I'm so please & satisfied with Elk Grove Lashers Acura that I must say something. Only 2 words sums it up, Robbie Kwock. Yes, he is the most friendly, patient, courteous salesman I've ever met in my life. No sales pressure, answers any questions or concerns I've got & always with the biggest smile. He went out of his way to help me, gave me the best deal out of ALL the dealerships I've visited. If you don't believe me, just try them. If you find a quote from any dealers, just call them & they will beat it by a lot $$$. Wait, there's more, there wasn't the color I wanted in stock so Robbie actually drove all the way to Concord from Sacramento to pick up my MDX personally. Now tell me, will any other dealership do that. Unheard of. They didn't even charge me for the delivery charge or any hidden fees like how Carmax or Others will do. Plus they even threw in the $300 weather tech floor mats... for Free. This dealership wins all categories hands down. Best salesman & amazing prices. A+++ Thank You Mr. Robbie Kwock PT & Sophie More

Pleasant buying experience I did a lot of research before going into the dealership. From my past buying experience, I was not looking forward to making another "new car purchas I did a lot of research before going into the dealership. From my past buying experience, I was not looking forward to making another "new car purchase". We were kindly greeted by Robbie as soon as we walked on the lot. I test drove the car I was interested in & felt absolutely no pressure to buy! There was no haggling and Rachelle in finance was a joy to work with. I asked for my loan to go to a specific credit union with the CUDL program & she obliged. Overall, it was a smooth & quick experience. More
