They corrected Rob the manager reached out to my daughter with an email, made sure things were corrected and vehicle's issues all looked after. Randy honored his promise and provided the extra car fob that was promised during the sale. John Smith followed up on the vehicle status made sure everything was all right, he also offered should any issues will arise to bring the vehicle back again. Richard Loucks is an excellent in his field, got my daughter approved and was very polite and thoughtful today upon my arrival dealing with the vehicle. Katerina was the one who we signed all the documents with, she was great all the way, polite, understanding and very humble. I'm glad overall Shaw GMC stood up by their word and corrected all the issues. Seeing a problem and doing nothing about it is one thing, but management at Shaw made sure things were looked after, and bringing final satisfaction to their clients does matter. We will recommend Shaw GMC to our friends and family, and again thank you for looking after us and correcting all the issues. More

Simply Amazing! My wife and I have used Billy Tran as our vehicle dealer for the last 5-6 vehicles we have had. My last vehicle had something happen to it that nobody My wife and I have used Billy Tran as our vehicle dealer for the last 5-6 vehicles we have had. My last vehicle had something happen to it that nobody could figure out. So Billy along with Jesse and Katerina somehow worked magic and traded my 2014 Silverado for a brand new 2019 Silverado! Billy deserves praise for his knowledge, honesty and integrity anyways, but this was just simply amazing! If looking for a vehicle or looking into options, I highly recommend SHAW GMC and to go see Billy and his crew! More

they keep deleting my rating of the so called service. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.... THEY GETTING THEIR FRIENDS OR WORKERS TO GIVE GOOD REVIEWS OR SOMETHING CAUSE I CANT SEE HOW THEY ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.... THEY GETTING THEIR FRIENDS OR WORKERS TO GIVE GOOD REVIEWS OR SOMETHING CAUSE I CANT SEE HOW THEY CAN DAMAGE A TRUCK MORE THEN WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX... AND CHARGE OVER $600 AT THE SAME TIME!!!!! I GOT PICTURES ON FACEBOOK AND SHARING WITH EVERYONE I KNOW IN CALGARY.... THERE WAS EVEN A POOR OLD LADY THAT BOUGHT HER CAR NEW BRINGING IN HER CAR EVERY MONTH WITH MORE PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!! MY TRUCK THEY DAMAGE THE INSIDE AND TRY AND SAY THEY DIDN'T DO IT.... WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS SQUACKING THE TIRES ON A REALLY NICE TRUCK THAT WAS FINISHED SERVICE AS WELL!!!!!!! More

I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, and although I was initially pleased with the service provided by the salesman, I came to learn very qui I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, and although I was initially pleased with the service provided by the salesman, I came to learn very quickly that this is not the kind of Dealer that I would ever want to visit again......After placing 4 phone calls over 2 days to their Service Dept to book my vehicle in for some service work, and not receiving the courtesy of a return call, and when eventually the service dept did return my call, I asked why the delay and was told "too busy"....In addition, I had placed 2 calls to the Salesman, over the same 2 days without the courtesy of a reply, only to find out later that he had gone on holiday for 2 weeks but, according to the General Manager Nathen who I did complain to, seemed to think that putting a message on his phone referring callers to either the switchboard receptionist, or to another salesman to offer help to customers seemed to be a good idea, so I assumed from that that this was the first time he had heard of this idea....DUH!! As a result, I will not be interested in setting foot back into this Dealership as it would appear that once the sale has been made, they think they can wash their hands of any backup service and/or support....SO BE IT....They have certainly lost my business, and will be very happy to make sure that anyone that I know who has any interest in dealing with them are aware of their methods....... More
