As the face of Headquarter Honda to a customer, Rita was outstandin 12/6/2017 - I had a wonderful experience at Headquarter Honda Service Department. As the face of Headquarter Honda to a customer, Rita was outstanding with her knowledge and professionalism. The simple fact that I remembered her name is because she was so up beat and positive. The service to my vehicle was incredibly fast. One other positive observation - it appeared to me that your service department staff work well and like each other. Well Done! I would surely recommend servicing vehicles at Headquarters! More

One month old Ridgeline rquired warranty repair My 1 month old Ridgeline was making a rattling noise and it was diagnosed to be the drivers side tower strut top mount that needed replacing. Rita and My 1 month old Ridgeline was making a rattling noise and it was diagnosed to be the drivers side tower strut top mount that needed replacing. Rita and the Service Department did a great job in replacing the part (which they had to order) in a very timely manner. Took the truck in on Friday and it was completed late Saturday. Rita even provided me a rental to use while they kept my truck. Great job and very much appreciate the fast turn around. I highly recommend HQ Honda's Service Department and Service Advisor Rita Beni. Thanks, again - Bill/Orlando FL More
