Poorly and selfishly run dealership! I purchased a vehicle from Hawk Mazda in the beginning of February 2022. I was told by my salesman, Jerry, that I would be given $500 off for owning I purchased a vehicle from Hawk Mazda in the beginning of February 2022. I was told by my salesman, Jerry, that I would be given $500 off for owning a Mazda, even though he knew neither I nor a family member owned one previously. After signing the loan agreement, I realized that the $500 discount was not applied. I reached out to Jerry and both managers, Brian and Ricky, and they delayed the process for weeks, constantly telling me that if I leave them all 10’s on their survey that they’d give me my $500. I even had to take off from work to drive back to the dealership from Chicago, which was an hour and a half drive, to speak with them in person. I did their surveys and they still claimed that they didn’t receive it. Brian gave me a WRONG number to call to follow up on the status of the survey, further delaying the process. It is now almost mid-May, and this dealership is ignoring my calls and voicemails for weeks. It is so poorly and selfishly run, that they only prioritize their profits and not the wellbeing and happiness of the customers. 0/10 recommend this dealership, especially Jerry as a salesman. More
