I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X on Nov 02, 2020. The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my mo The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my money in the local economy. But This buying experience was horrible!! I took off work for a bit to complete the credit application to speed up the process for when I got off work. They submitted it, and stopped with the soft approval process. Rather than getting firm numbers like we'd discussed. I was told everything was good to go at the terms I'd agreed to and was told to switch my insurance over to the new truck (after waiting for hours) so I did and was told I was going into finance next to sign the papers. The finance office opened up and after about 20 min I finally asked what the hold up was and that is when I was told they were still waiting on the bank. I ended up having to switch my insurance back to my trade in truck and take it home (after having disconnected the stereo system and piling all my stuff in the driver's seat expecting to switch it to my new truck) the insurance switching cost me over $200 additional out of pocket on top of the expected increase(which I was told I'd be reimbursed for, I have not yet). So I go back the following day, having to take more time off work because they lied to me the previous day about having it all ready to go. The salesman asked if I'd mind letting an elderly customer go into finance in front of me in exchange he'd give me a free tank of gas when I came back. I agreed, I could see they were about to walk out frustrated and he'd been helpful so I didn't want him to lose a sale. Finally hours later, again, everything is finally done... I'm out several hundred dollars between the insurance cost from switching back and forth and the day and a half I had to take off work because they just wanted to get me in the dealership by lying. I emailed my original salesman a few times about everything and making things right as they agreed and he didn't reply. But he certainly sent me a follow up email asking for referrals. Now I'm just waiting on the Nissan customer satisfaction survey so I can let corporate know how this dealership is being ran. And how their customer service is. More

Staffs were Very professional. The communication were well and all staff that worked with me showed integrity. RICKY SIMPSON WAS AMAZING. I cant say the same for Marlon and DeMacus they actually stressed me out and I had to leave the dealership, When I buy my next car I will not deal with those two men....but will ha and DeMacus they actually stressed me out and I had to leave the dealership, When I buy my next car I will not deal with those two men....but will happily buy from Ricky. I cant remeber the guys name who actually got me a decent deal, but kuddoes to him! More

Love my car salesman was really nice I had financing from my bank but loan was not enough so I was told they could beat what I had 7.88% financing after about 4 hours at dealership they said I was ready from my bank but loan was not enough so I was told they could beat what I had 7.88% financing after about 4 hours at dealership they said I was ready and they had beat my loan I was rushed into finance office and papers put in my face to sign never told me what they were and I got home i find out my financing was at 14%. A car that advertised for 8999 is now over 19000. I feel like because I’m 70 I was taken advantage of. I know there was only one finance manager on duty and he was exhausted but I should have had Everything explained to me and not just told me to sign here and here and then folded papers up and handed to me in an envelope and Then said thank you sorry for your wait More

I can’t believe I was tricked by such a well known dealership. I received several emails and text message about buying a car from a honest company. I set up an appointment on November 9th and I wasn’t dealership. I received several emails and text message about buying a car from a honest company. I set up an appointment on November 9th and I wasn’t approved until November 23rd or so. I drove a dirty car off the lot because I stayed at the dealership for over 6 hours waiting for approval. I just had the car serviced at Nissan of Newnan, for an oil change, and I was told that the vehicle needed $1500 worth of repairs, even new tires. I know the salesman said that Nissan will put new tires, change oil, and check out the vehicle all over inside and out.? The salesman promised to have the vehicle detailed and a full tank of gas; but none of that happened. I truly wished I had never went to Nissan of Newnan because I am in a bigger bind than I was not having a car. More

new nissan newnan Ricky was not pushy made me feel like he was a friend and would be there in the future to assist and answer any questions. I would not recommend the service, I would say that they will visit another dealership, although it was not all bad they have very good quality staff, but many others in their area lack professionalism and will visit another dealership, although it was not all bad they have very good quality staff, but many others in their area lack professionalism and a better response time.
