Do not purchase a Ford Explorer, I do not know about the other models but on the explorer after about 2-3 year your front windshield A-pillar seal will break and wind will enter your vehicle making a very l other models but on the explorer after about 2-3 year your front windshield A-pillar seal will break and wind will enter your vehicle making a very loud whistling sound and Ford will not fix it. I have read numerous complains online where this is a common manufacturer defect since around 2012 and here I am with a 2017 model and Ford still have not fix the issue. From both the Dealer and Ford corporation this not a defect but wear and tear that will cost you around $1,100 to repair. I have own numerous SUV and cars and have never encounter a windshield defect that makes the interior of your car as loud as have your windows down. I hope I save some of you from making the same mistake I made. Do not purchase extended warranty it will not do you any good. More

There has never once been a problem with the service performed on the vehicle . it has always been a seamless process , ready for pick up when promised and the work completed as promised. Thank you David Sanchez we bought a new Ford F 150 and wanted a new tunnel cover for it . David oreded it for us and called when it came in to set up a time to put it on. Went in for an oil change I went in to the dealership to have my first oil change on a car that I had purchased Feb 22, 2016. While I was waiting on the oil change, I saw a sa I went in to the dealership to have my first oil change on a car that I had purchased Feb 22, 2016. While I was waiting on the oil change, I saw a salesman that I previously recognized named, Rich Jodway. I expressed my concerns about my LEASED car that I was pouring on the miles. Rich sat me down and we discussed some options. It came to my surprise that Duber and Ralph remembered me from my previous car purchase. After discussing my options and selected a vehicle, David Rodriguez came out to discuss finances with me. We eventually made it to his office where he was able to find rebates for me and made the purchase smooth. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to expedite my time at the dealership. I will say that I would totally recommend Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel to all friends and family. At Park's Ford, they make you feel like family. I want to extend a gracious thank you to all of the staff that made my second purchase go smoothly as possible. So thanks, Rich Jodway, Duber, Ralph, and David Rodriguez. You guys are amazing. More

I was very pleased with the work done and the price. Ricky went above and beyond to give me great service, as did everyone I dealt with at Parks Ford.
