Avoid Ricky Rodriguez at service department. Refused to do the promised work and was rude. I no asked to work with someone else and that’s when xxxx broke loose! Apparently he was offended by that and be do the promised work and was rude. I no asked to work with someone else and that’s when xxxx broke loose! Apparently he was offended by that and became very confrontational. I was sitting in my car and he was within 2 inches of my window refusing to back off. He even dared me to call the police. Another service rep had to come pull him off. Then he ran away when I grabbed my phone to record him. More
