I have dealt with many dealers and salespeople in my time, but the salesperson Ricky Hicks at Jake Sweeney Kia was amazing he did a fantastic job help I have dealt with many dealers and salespeople in my time, but the salesperson Ricky Hicks at Jake Sweeney Kia was amazing he did a fantastic job helping me find the right vehicle for me. I was looking for a economic car with good gas mileage and not too expensive, he pointed me to the Kia Forte LXS which had everything I wanted. Ricky was very kind, courteous and so helpful. I'd recommend going to Jake Sweeney Kia and dealing with Ricky Hicks, he's a fantastic salesman. I'll go back again when I decide to get another vehicle. I'm Stubborn, And They're Incredible I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty much looked at everything else," and I really liked the body of the 2019 Optima S. So I drove out there, and was greeted by Ricky and Coby, both of which were insanely knowledgeable about the product. They recognized very quickly I'm into very fine detail work, and get the big picture, so they showed me exactly what I wanted to see and got very technical. On the test drive, Ricky showed me everything there was to know about the car. Immediately after I left, I was somewhat undecided, but after the drive home, I was set on getting this car. I talked back and forth with Ricky for about two weeks and he was prompt and answered every question I threw at him. Everything was ready and in-line when I came to finalize the deal. When it came to financing, Rom knew everything inside and out. They took absolutely great care of me, even though I am anal beyond belief, and I would recommend Kia and this specific dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. The staff is professional and courteous and the cars are stunning. More

Dont buy from out of state!!!!! I'm not one to leave reviews, but if you are thinking about buying a car from out of state I would highly recommend someplace else. I was in the proc I'm not one to leave reviews, but if you are thinking about buying a car from out of state I would highly recommend someplace else. I was in the process of of looking for a Alfa Romeo and saw one listed on AutoTrader. I contacted the sales department and was transferred to Ricky where we started the sales price negotiation. He then proceeded to tell me to make the deal work we would have to check you credit and see if the numbers work. I told him no, and we finally worked out a fair price and he proceeded to check my credit. Ricky said the deal was done and congratulated me on my purchase. This was on a Friday and he told me he would have all the paperwork overnighted to me the next day. Monday rolls around still no paperwork so I contacted Ricky and he said he was on vacation and he was still working on it. Tuesday comes, I text him, no response and when he did, he said the car had been sold. I asked him to explain and the only response was the manager sold it, no apology no explanation. I think this is an awful way of doing business and would never do any business with them in the future. I hope this saves you anguish if you are thinking about buying a car from them online. More

He took great care in exploring all the features with us and answering our questions.
