My leased car was only a few weeks old before it was almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an eve almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Ricki Shamen was awesome to deal with when I leased the car initially and then Steven just couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable, and communicative during the repair process.
