Another incredible experience .. I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and other BMW dealerships being much closer), I can’t imagine using any other salesperson or dealership for my BMW sales needs. Ricki is an unbelievable ambassador for the BMW brand and the Penske Automotive Group. Her level of customer service, her knowledge base and her commitment to customer loyalty is something I value more and more with each new vehicle. I strongly urge anyone in the market for a BMW to visit Ricki at BMW of Tenafly. I’d also like to give credit to Landon Greer in Finance. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him twice and in both occasions he took what is normally a “painful” process and made it very easy. More

Best Car Experience EVER Fabulous team at BMW Tenafly Jason Lee was wonderful he helping me create my beautiful new 5 series. He addressed every detail and concern I had and had incredible patience. Ricki Shamen was a pure delight she painlessly executed the ordering of my car and kept me posted from production line to arrival day. Finance Director Landon Greer was very gracious and exceptionally efficient. And Kristie Coppola was truly brilliant and so personable when explaining all the new features and how they work. And can't forget Gem Camorongan who is always there for me and makes my service appointments a pleasure. I have never had a better car experience and hope to have many more. I would highly recommend BMW of Tenafly to anyone who is looking for a great dealership that provides OUTSTANDING customer service!! More

Another BMW for me Just picked up my 2017 BMW 540xi from BMW of Tenafly. My leased car was only a few weeks old before it was almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an eve almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an even bigger issue. Ricki Shamen was awesome to deal with when I leased the car initially and then Steven just couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable, and communicative during the repair process. It took way longer than expected because of an issue with the adjuster, but Steven was less focussed on blame and more focussed on service. Thank you to Steven and BMW of Tenafly. More

Ricki has been our salesperson for the last 8 or so cars and instead of dreading the paperwork, decisions or options, she takes care of everything.
