After he made me his number one focus, he introduced me to his fellow staff and we began by discussing my current car and lifestyle. Rick listened and remembered almost everything I told him about my needs and wants. Its one thing to be knowledgeable about the product (which he sure was) but its another thing entirely to be knowledgeable about the person and the people behind the product. Purchase Experience I purchased a new Lexus NX300H through Rick Watson earlier this week. I had purchased my prior vehicle (a Lexus RX330) from this same dealer a number I purchased a new Lexus NX300H through Rick Watson earlier this week. I had purchased my prior vehicle (a Lexus RX330) from this same dealer a number of years ago and was very happy with the car's quality and with the high level of service provided by this dealer. We found Rick to be very helpful, professional, patient and well informed, and generally a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales I first contacted Lexus of London by phone to inquire about a used vehicle I previewed on their website. Rick was very accommodating; sending photos and inspection reports of the vehicle almost immediately. We met with Rick the next morning and he made it clear that he was early on his career, as such, he didn't feed us lines, but conversed with colleagues to ensure he was providing proper information. What set this dealership apart from others (and made me want to drive the distance to purchase a vehicle there) was that the they listened to what I was looking for and tried to meet my needs, as opposed to selling what was simply on their lot. From the time of inquiry, to vehicle purchase, to vehicle pick-up, and even a week later, Rick ensured that I was happy and comfortable with the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, welcoming and continuously striving to meet the client's needs. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from this dealership. More
