Rick made things real simple I like things simple, not big on a car being one price and then not understanding where all these extra fees came from. I emailed the dealer asking how much the car would be after taxes, tags, dealer fees, etc and got a straight forward response in a days time. It took a while for my funds to be available (big check from my savings plan) and Rick kept tabs on me but wasn't pushy. When I finally had the money in the bank I went to the dealership and it was smooth sailing. The lady at the desk, Nicole I think, Jim who did the paperwork, and of course my man Rick all were cool. I can't speak on the experience if you'll need financing. I been down that road before at other dealers. Not a headache but it's so much easier when you know ahead of time you have the loan check or whatever. Oh AND Rick told me they dropped the price AFTER I told him I was definitely going to buy the car. No shady stuff whatsoever. So I spent less than I went there ready to drop 👍🏾 More

It was obvious that he is a Volkswagen enthusiast and we had a nice chat about vintage models while I waited for the car to be prepped. I really appreciated that I was able to test drive the car on my own without endless sales chatter. An honest and professional car salesman? Truly an anomaly! Danielle went out of her way to helped me track down information regarding a ”special gift” that VW is giving to new owners of the GTI Rabbit. I was delighted to find that the paperwork process was streamlined and incredibly well organized. I felt that everything was adequately explained and additional insurance offers were presented but not pushed. I expected to spend at least 5 hours at the dealer but I was driving off the lot with my new ride in about 2 hours! More

Excellent customer service. Honest and up front. We were looking for a manual used car. We had gone to another VW dealer who tried to sell us a car that in 2 years had it's transmission out 3 times a We were looking for a manual used car. We had gone to another VW dealer who tried to sell us a car that in 2 years had it's transmission out 3 times and crutch replaced 2 times. They told us "oh that is common." No worries. Additionally, they were charging "additional charges" When we went to Hamilton, we were ready for the additional charges and the dealer riding with us when we took a test drive. But we met Rick. He gave us the keys after taking our license and said have a test drive. Next he handed us the car facts report something the other dealer did not do until we asked for it. He showed us the charges . There were no mark ups . Finance was easy and on the mark. We additionally learned about pot holes and got a name for a good dentist. I would highly recommend Hamilton VW and will use them again. It is nice to have a honest, professional and friendly car dealership with no games. More
