Sales Executive Rick Valnoski is without a question just a phenomenal individual in every single way. No pressure and incredibly knowledgeable. He tunes in to you and listens and then responds thoughtfully. I first contacted him via email and soon I was taking a test drive in the lovely VW Golf GTI. He offered honest input on my options to purchase the GTI and on trading in my old car. Three days later I was back to close the deal.
