Tom and Ginny have always taken care of my service needs and have done a great job of keeping me informed of any i have always had a good experience. Tom and Ginny have always taken care of my service needs and have done a great job of keeping me informed of any issues raised by the service technician. Recently my 2015 Touareg TDI required a significant amount of shop time to diagnose a complicated issue with the AdBlue system and the ECM module. Tom gave me regular updates from the service technician until the problem was resolved. Car runs great now and the service was covered under VW’s extended warranty. Doesn’t get any better than that!
