An outstanding experience by people that care. With Ray Catena / Audi of Freehold, you are dealing with people that genuinely care about people. I went there to purchase a car for my daughter, and With Ray Catena / Audi of Freehold, you are dealing with people that genuinely care about people. I went there to purchase a car for my daughter, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone from the General Manager on, got involved to make sure the deal was done right, and truly cared about putting my daughter into the right vehicle. We arrived in a little bad weather but Rick was determined to get us in a vehicle to test drive, He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles bells and whistles. This is my 4th Ray Catena vehicle and I wouldn’t go to another dealership. Every single employee was professional and courtesy. It’s amazing how they find such amazing employees. The General Manager was involved and makes sure everyone is happy. He was working with customers as well. He actually called me to make sure everything was fine when I called to speak to my salesperson. Don’t bother shopping anywhere else, it will be a disappointment. Ray Catena Audi is by far the best!
