We are now a Mazda family and very happy. We have owned Toyotas for over twenty years and still like the brand, but the local dealership is no longer in our good graces. The staff at Mazda of Wooster really gave us good reason to switch and Mazda, in our opinion, is every bit as good as Toyota. More

New CX5 purchase I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ray Stewart and Rick Preist with the purchase of my new Mazda CX5. I originally traveled to Wooster to look I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ray Stewart and Rick Preist with the purchase of my new Mazda CX5. I originally traveled to Wooster to look at a used CX5 on the lot. They were able to get me in a new vehicle for less money when considering the .9% financing available through Mazda. They made it worth my 2 hour drive to purchase from them. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision. I spent a week weighing my options and making my decision. They were there to answer any questions I had and never put pressure on me to make a quick decision. I would make the two hour drive again to purchase a vehicle there. Thanks Mazda of Wooster! I love my new CX5! More

Looking for a used Jeep Wrangler I was interested in 2 Jeeps at two different dealers. Visited Ray first at Mazda. Got a chance to test drive the Jeep and received a lot of info about I was interested in 2 Jeeps at two different dealers. Visited Ray first at Mazda. Got a chance to test drive the Jeep and received a lot of info about the Jeep. I felt very comfortable with Ray and had a chance to meet Rick. I was honest and told them I had another Jeep I was interested in and we left and went to the next dealership. Test drove the Jeep and spent time with the car guy at the other dealer and I just didn't "feel" it there. He was very rude when it came to asking questions about Jeep and pretty much shut us down when we asked about the price. We left there and immediately called Ray and said we wanted to do business with them. It was the Jeep I really liked and Ray just made it a finished deal. They worked hard to get everything done and ready for us the next day.....and now I'm a happy Jeep owner!! Thanks Ray!! Michele and Rob More

When I was in the market for a replacement car, I found the Mazda brand to be appealing, and on researching the vehicle I had chosen (Mazda6 SW), I elected to choose Park Mazda over the local dealership (B the Mazda brand to be appealing, and on researching the vehicle I had chosen (Mazda6 SW), I elected to choose Park Mazda over the local dealership (Byers Columbus) as their customer service was, by comparison, exemplary. Most of the dealings were done via the Internet, and the visit to the dealership was a pleasant one. I have been so happy with Park Mazda that I have returned there three more times to purchase vehicles over the past seven years, and even take my vehicles there for service, as their standards and prices are so much better than the local dealer (See above) that it is actually still more affordable to drive the 200 mile round trip than it is to go local. Kudos to you and your team Nick, one very happy customer. More

I don't think anyone at the Park Mazda dealership understands anyone's frustrations!! I bought a car there barely two months ago. I made one payment on it and the transmission and rear differential went out! Needless to say the dealership has been anything but helpful. I was completely aware the car I purchased had no warranty-it was sold as is. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the warranty that was available to vehicles sold as is. I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do for me especially since I had not had the car for even 60 days. They informed me I should have bought the warranty...you know that one they never offered in the first place. I figured if I went in to talk to someone face to face it would help. Oh, it did. They offered to trade the vehicle out right for something of equal value. I was so relieved at that point until the next morning they called and said they weren't going to do anything. They even brought up them fixing it...for a cost!! They wanted me to pay them to fix it! I refuse to give these people anymore of my money and I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. BUYER BEWARE! More
