The dealership worked with me in a non-ideal situation. I admit I had no leverage but they still put a deal together that included dealing with negative equity in my trade. But, they rating suffers because they bundled in a "total protection package" warranty without ever mentioning it to me. Because they signed all the documents on a tablet, without printouts to review, it was not easy to spot until I read the documents they provided on a USB stick when I got home. Seemed a little underhanded. But I would still recommend them...just ask to see ALL the documents, not just lines to sign upon. More

Our sales rep, Rick Nelson, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, went over the entire vehicle with us, explained all the paperwork, had our car ready at the appointed pick up time, and even paired our phones before we left. I highly recommend working with Rick - a great experience. The Finance Manager, Soleiman Muskitta, also was very helpful and not pushy trying to get us to purchase extras like so many dealerships do. Easy, quick paperwork meeting. Looking for a "new to you" vehicle, definitely check out this dealership and ask for Rick! You won't be disappointed. More

I purchased a used Yukon Denali from Ideal GMC & couldn’t have chose a better place to purchase from. The car salesman Rick was phenomenal and was easy to negotiate with, the financing manger was just as awe have chose a better place to purchase from. I live out of state so after receiving my PA registration I took my truck to get inspected & they failed it because of my tires. I called the dealership & told them what happened & they insisted on making it right. The sales manager Amir had me come in the following day & paid to have the new tires installed on my truck. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with this dealers customer service. I will be back in the future when I upgrade & I will be recommending them to friends and family. If you need a new or used vehicle this is undoubtedly the best place to go & i guarantee you will leave satisfied every time. More
