Premier is Tops! Parker first helped me, and he was very efficient and very helpful. Then Ron helped me and he was very courteous and efficient. I was “schooled” on ho Parker first helped me, and he was very efficient and very helpful. Then Ron helped me and he was very courteous and efficient. I was “schooled” on how to use my car by Paola ‘Andi’ and she explained everything in a way I could understand. She was very nice, helpful and funny! I really enjoyed my experience at Premier! Overall Good Experience The sales staff at the dealership were great - they took time to listen to our needs and wants and showed us several cars that met that criteria. All The sales staff at the dealership were great - they took time to listen to our needs and wants and showed us several cars that met that criteria. All the features were explained and we felt comfortable to ask questions and discuss options. The delivery review was very thorough and we were excited to try out all the brand new features of our actual purchase upon pick up. We were disappointed in the rates for financing and limitations of the banks working with the dealership, which we ended up exploring on our own without the dealerships support. We shared this feedback in a follow up survey and received an email from sales management. Upon expressing our concerns, we never received an acknowledgement of receipt. Overall, the dealership was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and we would recommend this dealership to friends and family for their next car buying experience. More
