A Big Thank You to Steve Carroll, Don Lindgren, and Rick Hamilton for working with me on the purchase of a new 2022 Silverado LTZ. I purchased a 2019 Silverado LTZ a year ago from this same group above, a Hamilton for working with me on the purchase of a new 2022 Silverado LTZ. I purchased a 2019 Silverado LTZ a year ago from this same group above, and that experience was just as good as it was this time around. Although the 2019 Silverado didn't workout due to multiple issues, I would like to express a special thank you to Rick Hamilton and Steve Carroll for making it right. If you have any issues in the service department, and feel you are not being heard you need to speak with Kenny Strickland the service manager. Kenny Strickland is very kind and truly cares about your safety. If you are looking for a group of people who truly care, you need to check out the New and Used Car Department. The bottom line is I have had the experience of buying used and new with this group and they treat you the respect! More

I am thoroughly impressed with Jeff Lee and Pete Moore Chevrolet with the buying process of a new Chevrolet truck. Started out wanting a full sized truck and then morphed into a Colorado. Joshua was a Great help in buying my Truck. I was looking for a good used low mileage work truck, and being in Texas, I was buying online, and looked at over 100 Pickups before I found this one at Pete Moore for a good used low mileage work truck, and being in Texas, I was buying online, and looked at over 100 Pickups before I found this one at Pete Moore Chevrolet. Joshua took the time to assist me, took a lot of photos, looked over the Truck inside and out 100%. Joshua kept in constant communication through the whole process. I also had a level kit installed and Joshua made sure this was completed by their shop in a timely manner. I flew to Pensacola on 5-10-21, Joshua picked me up at Airport, went to dealership, Truck was ready to go. I would Highly recommend this Dealership and Joshua, Don ( In Finance) , Service Department and everyone involved to make sure Truck was ready. I was in and out of Dealership in 15 minutes. I completed my Finance paperwork by FedEx. Don in Finance was really good about getting docs out and completed quickly- also did not try to "upsell" me, which I really appreciated. Truck was a 2017 GMC Sierra SLE, 4WD, Double Cab, 23,000 Miles. Holy crap- this was clean and a Great Deal and Better than I expected. I will buy again from Joshua and Pete Moore Chevrolet Everyone I rated 5 Stars More
