I got my car serviced at Lexus Danvers. Very professional from start to finish!! Brendan my advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and got my car in and out quickly!! He respected my time! Ma Very professional from start to finish!! Brendan my advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and got my car in and out quickly!! He respected my time! Manny my mechanic came out to personally explain the plan for my car and was professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have and will always bring my car here for service!! Thank you guys for a pleasant experience when it could have been stressful!!!! More

Jeffery, my salesman was great! Worked through the sales process with ease. The additional options that were presented by another team member was a bit pushy for things that I did Worked through the sales process with ease. The additional options that were presented by another team member was a bit pushy for things that I didn’t want, such as special tire inflation gas, seat protection, and a few other items. Also these additional items were way to expensive at this dealership, be competitive and possibly they would sell to more customers. Other than that, good experience at the Danver Lexus dealership. More
