Hilton Young is extremely friendly and took the time to make sure we knew all of our options as well as what features each vehicle offered. Hilton and Rick Brown were also able to help negotiate a price that worked for us while also giving the time to explain how the pricing worked to ensure we were receiving the best deal possible. Nestor in finance was also very friendly and made the process quick and easy. We can't thank this dealership enough and truly love our new car. We will be sure to recommend Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta to anyone we know that is in the market for a new vehicle. More

Their salespeople are genuinely friendly and are extremely knowledgeable on their vehicles. We worked with Mike Fresquez who answered every question and more. He followed up, but made sure it was on the our requested schedule. He was patient and took our time with us, as the decision was a tough one to make. We really appreciated this. The salespeople also were not pushy at all, and tastefully did not bash their competitors. They were willing to negotiate price, and went above and beyond to make the car buying process (and service visits afterwards) simple and enjoyable. My only complaint is that I feel that we could have received a better interest rate. It seemed that they were advertising a close to 0 rate, however we were told the lowest they could lock in was around 2.5%. Other than that, I highly recommend buying a car from these good people! More

Roosevelt was my main sales guy and he was a real pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured, he was very knowledgeable, and he took a ton of time to help me with the lease. He even helped me deal with a car insurance issue that would have prevented me from driving my new car home that day. Rick Brown also assisted me and he was easy to work with as well.
