They really get the job done!!!! I had been to a few different car lots even all the ones that said no matter what's on your credit they will get you finance but not one could get the I had been to a few different car lots even all the ones that said no matter what's on your credit they will get you finance but not one could get the job done for me with out me coming up with at least 1,000 dollars. But motorcars got the job done for me & I didn't have to come up with 1,000 dollars & still got me into a very nice vehicle. Marti was even working from home to get me approved she is very awesome in what she do I give them a 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade my car for sure..... More

The owner and sales team are great at making everything seem kosher, even when it's not. 6 months into my purchase I've had to deal with missing and/or defunct sensors, shotty paint in inconspicuous places on the body, and headlights retaining moisture... with the paint and headlight issues only coming to light as of recently. Important to note that this is on a 2017 model with 25k-ish miles. When confronting the John, he goes from professional to unprofessional in a second (I have the emails to prove it), but getting a reply out of anyone there is like pulling teeth... unless you're posting a negative review online. After posting my initial review on yelp, the business reached out to me to ask me to bring in the vehicle. I thought about it and wrote to them then next day that given the issues I've had to deal with in this very short history, I would not be doing that as my faith in their ability to fix anything without doing it half-assed is gone. I did however provide the opportunity for them to pay another, respectable dealership the $2200 for the repairs on my behalf, as well as the option to buy the vehicle back, but they've unsurprisingly decided that a satisfied customer isn't worth it. *Update - now my car's alarm intermittently goes off when I lock my doors. (I was offered an install of an automatic start and heated seats at the time of purchase for next to nothing so I took it. Obviously another mistake.) xxxxty part about that is there's no keyhole in the door to unlock the car manually and the remote doesn't work when the alarm is sounding, so that's a lot of fun to deal with. Looks like I'll have to pay someone to remove that xxx too. I'd like to clarify that I've had no agenda to do harm to this business or impact it in any negative way. I feel I've given ample opportunity for this business to rectify the situation. This purchase was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself as my previous car was almost 10 years old. So thanks for literally nothing, Motorcars of Lansing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More

Rick was great! Definitely looking here for future vehicles! We shopped for weeks to find a good deal on a Ford Flex, but we couldn't find a better deal than the one we bought at MotorCars! We got our 2011 Ford We shopped for weeks to find a good deal on a Ford Flex, but we couldn't find a better deal than the one we bought at MotorCars! We got our 2011 Ford Flex about a month ago and we LOVE it! We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was incredibly kind and helpful! There were a slight squeak and low hum you could hear when we first test drove the car, so they replaced multiple parts (some needed, some not needed) in order to make sure the squeak and hum were gone and we felt great about driving it off the lot. The owner also placed a 12-month warranty on all of the parts they replaced! We greatly appreciated this care and thoroughness because this is the vehicle that my wife and one year old daughter will mainly be in! More

But after owning the car I bought for less than 60 days, my cars now needs a complete set of rear brakes. I know you buy used cars "as-is" but this, in my opinion, is a bit disingenuous. During the car buying process it was even admitted to me that the car had been used by dealership personnel for personal use before they sold it to me. And of course my call (message) to the dealership (Rick) about this issue went unanswered. Just a fair heads up to potential customers to look over any purchases from Motorcars thoroughly before buying. Apparently that includes taking off the wheels and checking all of the brakes too. Very disappointing. More
