Orlando Medina in Lansing was a great salesperson. He let me test drive the car right away — had it waiting for me just outside the door — took care of all the paperwork efficiently, and arranged delivery of my vehicle to my home the next day (It just arrived a few minutes ago!). There was no pressure, just helpful guidance and convenience. I felt I was treated like a customer, not a "lead." More
