Had bought a vehicle here before and had great experience - Sales was still a great experience - Finance experience when we decided not to purchase warranty, was poor - The tone of the room was cold and my w - Sales was still a great experience - Finance experience when we decided not to purchase warranty, was poor - The tone of the room was cold and my wife said she felt super uncomfortable as well - As soon as we declined the 6k warranty the mood and tone of the room changed - honestly ruined the experience - I have since gotten multiple calls to add the warranty. Unfortunately, I am in need of another vehicle currently and this experience will deter me from searching for a vehicle at your dealership and having to deal with your finance guys. More
