Service at its Best Brought the 2019 RDX in for its first service. We have been leasing our cars from Rally for over 11 years and this was our first RDX. Enza is always professional, friendly, and a pleasure to speak to. Richard was more straightforward, but did his job well in understanding what we needed to get serviced. While waiting for the work to be performed, we spoke with Danny Park. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Although Anthony Pergolizzi was not our car salesman, he was very helpful to explain some of the car features we were not aware of. In summation, Rallye Acura staff greets customers with smiles, and treats them with class and respect. More

The best experience I've never left the Rally Acura dissappointed, Service Advisor Mr.Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me by taking good care of my MD I've never left the Rally Acura dissappointed, Service Advisor Mr.Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. A Service Center that Truly Serves I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon driving in. I had come in for a recall and was given an explanation of how long it would take and what th I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon driving in. ILX Recall Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter totaling close to $300). Prices need to be realistic and competitive if you want people to keep coming in for service. I only came because it was a recall. I also met with Anthony about a lease for an MDX but didn’t end up getting it. More

Poor customer service. First off, it’s very difficult to get a loaner. I came in for an issue with my AC, which was not properly fixed.
