Literally no pressure, very relaxed buying experience I went to merchants Auto because my credit wasn't great. I was worried I was wasting my time and their time going over (I drove over an hour). I did the pre-approval online, qualified, I met with my Sales man Richard he first sat down with me asking me want I wanted in a vehicle then we looked at what they had to offer me. I could believe with my credit I drove off the lot in a 2016 SUV and met my payment budget! More

We met with Richard Roy who was a very pleasant individual. After greeting us at the front, he showed us to his office space so we could sit. He explained everything in full detail to us, and was very helpful and understanding. He made us feel very much at ease in the comfortable environment there. After asking which type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing, we filled out all necessary paperwork. We then test drove a 2014 Jeep Patriot and fell in love with it! It's been almost a week and we couldn't be happier! Definitely would recommend Merchants Auto in Hookset NH, honest, reliable, and trustworthy! We can't thank them enough! More

I was of course, offered to test both the units and a card fax was available. I required financing the vehicle and help was not short there either, they simplified the process quite a lot. The vehicle was with only one key and there was no push back on my request for a second one, which has already been given to me in no time. I would strongly recommend both Roy and Merchants if you are considering buying a used car. Thank you very much. More

Richard Roy (Sales Consultant) cared and wanted me to find the right car for me. Richard proceeded to show me 14 cars for me to sit in on a cold and rainy Saturday. We also test drove two cars before I decided on a Chevy Traverse. The price of the Traverse was fair and I received a fair trade-in value for my Subaru Forester.
