Nothing that they had was at a price I was willing to spend so after an hour they found what I was looking for. They had a driver bring it to the dealership while we were filling out all the necessary paperwork. We were told to go get something to eat and our car should be finished. When we came back it still wasn’t finished. That wasn’t a big deal! So after 9 hours of being at the dealership I was told that my vehicle was finished. When I pictured my first brand new vehicle, I pictured something off the showroom floor that is perfect and would never look like that after I left the lot. Well, we walked out and the car had spots all over it from not being dried properly and it had a few small scratches and some sticky goop on it. As you can imagine I was not happy. They took it back to get detailed again and 20 minutes later was told my car was ready. I walked out and it still looked horrible and again still scratches in my brand new 2025 car. So they took it back again. We had showed Richard everything and it came back a 3rd time still looking like crap. At this time I asked to speak to a manager because Richard was not helping. Robert Lee came out and looked it over and came back out with a cloth and some cleaner. He was wiping down my car and agreed that it should not have looked like that. I showed him all the marks and he took a plastic razor blade with the cloth trying to get the goop off. In doing this he put another scratch in my car. It was almost 10 at night and I had enough. Robert told us that my vehicle needed to go to the body shop to be fixed but it would be about a week. He said that they would have someone come to my work and pick it up and leave me a rental. So a week went by and I still didn’t hear anything about getting my car fixed. I did however get many phone call and texts asking me when I would like to come in to talk about purchasing a new vehicle. I called and had to explain my story all over and finally I got a phone call back from Richard apologizing that he didn’t get back to me and that he would have someone pick up my vehicle. A few days went by and someone picked it up and I gave them a paper with everything that needed to be completed. I get another phone call from Richard the person who sold me my car and walked around my car with me said they couldn’t find the scratches. I explained to him again and he said ok. After a few hours I got a car saying that my car was done and that they would be bringing back. I said wow! That was fast for everything that was explained that needed to be done. I get another call a half hour later from Richard saying that Robert looked at the car and said it needed to go to the body shop. I was so confused so I questioned why it wasn’t there. Richard proceeded to tell me he thought that everything looked fine. Well Richard called later and said the body shop said they needed to fix it and it would be about two weeks. Umm….No it was supposed to be in the body shop to begin with. I told him that I needed to talk to Robert because this is unacceptable. I spoke with Robert and I told him how this was the reason I had to wait and he understood. My car was dropped off and had scratches on both sides of my mirrors so somebody was having fun somewhere with it. So after that I told Robert that I want the tow hitch for all my inconveniences and stress that this car has now caused me. I was told that I could decided if I wanted to drop it off or if they came and picked it up again and planned a tentative date to get it to the body shop. Didn’t get a call again so I called and was told they thought I was dropping it off. So they came to pick it up the next day leaving me with a xxxxty rental that the filthy. I can’t write anymore so in the end a small scratch was still on my car and they said they didn’t do it. More

The only thing I received was lies, deceit, and a psychological game that I was well prepared for. Your dealership even held one of my spare keys hostage while you attempted to negotiate on prices. Your dealership is one of the most unethical and unprofessional places I’ve ever been at as a customer. You yelled at your employee Richard and treated him like a dog….so unprofessional. The used CRV you tried to sell us had 5Xs as much body damage as our trade but you refused to negotiate the price down to our purchase point…long story short, you lost out on a two car sale over $1000.00 and yelled at me while we were walking away from the sale…”this offer is only good for today!” Really? You think I’d come back after the treatment I received there. More
