Sean took me in as a walk in and got me taken care of quickl I purchased a new Yukon Denali that one of my key remotes was inoperative. Cheating on the sell and no post-sale service I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the sales manager noticed that and promised me to sent another key to me over-night and tried to get one from Toyota dealer and send it to me. However, I did not receive the car-key over a week and I called and left the message. I also email my request but nobody ever replied. Since I post a negative review on line, the sails manager Sam called me and "demand me to remove the negative review". The reason was that I did not call his cell phone directly. It was his promise and if anything happened, he should contact me and do the explanations. He did not and blame and threaten me, the customer instead. On the site after we paid cash, we tried to drive and found a flat tire. The sails person pumped some air and we drove home. Next time we drove the car and found the warning light was on and we went to Toyota of Greenville, after checking, the mechanic told us one tire has nail in it and another tire had problem too. He suggested us to replace 4 new tires. We did. Before selling used cars, dealers should have checked the car and replaced the flat tires. But this dealer did not and even did not tell us about the problem. The sails person told us time and again that the owner only cares about the safety of customers. What if we had flat tire on the highway back home, we might be injured or even die. More

When I suddenly needed a 4 wheel drive truck to access m I purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia from Jim Ellis this past spring and had a very good experience. When I suddenly needed a 4 wheel drive truck to access my beach house that was affected by hurricane Michael, I immediately went to Jim Ellis GMC. The urgency of my need could not have been handled in a more friendly and quicker way. I received a fair price for my trade-in and a good discount on the new one. More

I recommend Jim Ellis." Had a first-class experience here. My familiy needed a used vehicle as the one we had was written-off in a accident. We went looking at several places, individuals, web-sites, dealerships, etc. We saw one advertised on the Jim Ellis (Mall Of GA) web-site and thought we would take a look. First of all, I was greeted with a very pleasant introductory phone call. No harrasment. Just an invitation to come take a look. The gentlemen met me and my family at the entrance to the dealership. The car was pulled around. Detailed, washed & cleaned. All questions answered. Went to his desk and felt this genuine, authentic, respectul & honest mannerism from him. We conversed about things other than the purchase of the car. He wanted to make sure me and my family were comfortable and we were. Made me feel like I was buying a "Ferrari" He and his sales manager (Sam) took care of everthing for us. Lowered the cost for a dent & worn-out shock my mechanic asked about. That experience with him made the difference to us. We had looked at over 20+ cars. If Jim Ellis hired someone like this to sell us a car - with such an authentic personality, then we need not look any further. It was not a rush job to sell me the vehicle. Just a great experience to assist with making up my mind.. More
