I usually avoid giving full marks like this for pretty much anything, but I have to say that dealing with Richard was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Richard was friendly and helpful an much anything, but I have to say that dealing with Richard was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Richard was friendly and helpful and he worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted at a extremely reasonable price. I purchased a base model with very few upgrades and it I still felt like a first class customer. When/if the rumoured Jeep Wrangler diesel becomes available, I'll be back to see Richard to buy it! I had visited dealership previously but came away without being very optimistic . I was given a referral by a previous employee to go and see richard which i done on a saturday afternoon with my wife . Richa being very optimistic . Richard was so bubbly and happy to see us as we had made an appointment , and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable . After finding out what our needs were as i was planning to order a new one he proceeded to show us a truck in stock which had more options but fitted our needs better and when priced out was quite comparible to an ordered in unit . Richard is very knowledgable about the new diesel trucks and was able to explain most of the options and after writing up a deal i felt really appreciative that we had talked to the right salesman . I would recommend anyone go see Richard for a good deal . More
