Richard worked around the clock and endlessly, kept me updated when new 17 Grand Cherokee models became available and would call me right away to come in and look at the vehicle. Richard and Bob made my dreams come true for owning a grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier till this day a year later, with my purchase.
