I thought a 3 hour wait to tell me that you couldn't fix it was ridiculous. Especially given the fact I was with my special needs son who is in a power wheelchair. I was then told I could take it across the street to get it repaired. Then I was charged $98+ for the service call. And to tell you the truth, I don't think the diagnosis is right. I noticed a broken cable that goes to the trunk button later that day. I will end up taking it to my local mechanic to get fixed. I am just totally disappointed in Toyota. I think at most it should have been an hour wait. I think because of the wasted time, they shouldn't have even charged me!!!!!
