Contacted about a car to get some information. Called a number of times just to get a carfax. They told me every single time that it was available. I even told them to make sure that it is. Waiting for a r number of times just to get a carfax. They told me every single time that it was available. I even told them to make sure that it is. Waiting for a response with a history report. For two days I called and made sure it was available and they promised they would get back to me with the information. While awaiting a response they finally inform me that it has been sold. Not once did they bother to tell me that it was going to be purchased or anything didn't bother following up with me about. They don't care for customer service they only care about who shows up first with cash. Just disrespectful and unbelievable. More

I went to look at 2020 Camry's just to look, I didn't need a new car however, when I got there Richard was informative, professional, and everything I said I would consider, he produced. The process was very organized and although I wasn't looking to buy a new car, I ended up leaving with a 2020 SE Camry (the car I really wanted from the beginning). I was extremely happy. I didn't feel like I was being sold. It was a great experience. More
