I bought my Hyundai accent from Richard two years ago and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life buying a car. Before meeting Richard, I already went to four different other dealerships where t it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life buying a car. Before meeting Richard, I already went to four different other dealerships where the car salesmen were all just too aggressive towards me and trying to get me to buy some thing that I didn’t need or that was well over my budget. Talking with Richard though was an absolutely wonderful because he didn’t try and peer pressure me into buying some thing that I wasn’t interested in and he genuinely wanted to work within my budget constraints and give me a vehicle that I could afford and that was going to last. I wish all car salesmen could be like Richard! PS if you see this review Richard, thank you again for making the car buying experience such a breeze without any headaches or pressure. God bless you! In my experience at Hyundai she helped me buyout my Elantra, which I had been leasing. She was able to explain everything to me in terms I could grasp and understand. She was able to lower my monthly payment by $40 (would have been $60, but I got an extended warranty, gap coverage, and a couple other packages) and helped me to buy this car on my own with no co-signer. This was a huge deal to me because I am a college student and do not have much credit history. Also I recently needed help handling finances with Hyundai Motor Finance and she helped me to fax my documents and even checks back with me follow up that my needs were met. I highly recommend going to her for your car needs! More
