Ultimate hassle-free buying experience (Richard Henriquez) First off, I'm a repeat customer at this dealership where I had earlier purchased cars back in 2009 and 2010. My Sales rep has since left the firm an First off, I'm a repeat customer at this dealership where I had earlier purchased cars back in 2009 and 2010. My Sales rep has since left the firm and I wanted to work with Richard Henriquez specifically. He was super busy on the day I went in, so we made an appt. Richard was fully prepared, prior to my appointment and he had created a complete folder with all the info needed way ahead of time. This helped save a ton of back & forth and time spent ! He did negotiate a very good deal for me. It was the easiest transaction ever that I have experienced @ a car dealership. On the day of the delivery, he personally helped clean out the car / transfer things and explain all the features etc. whereas another seasoned rep would have left it for someone else to do ! No task is ever small for Richard! He is the most polite and respectful being you will come across ( and I don't just say this often! ) So thank you Richard for the pleasant transaction and Wish you the best. More
