Eddy Haas in Financing does a great job and will let you know additional options available to you in terms of additional coverages to protect your vehicle. Jad Hawat and Cindy Campos in Pre-Owned Sales are "awesome" to work with affording you all the time you need to discuss every aspect of purchasing a pre-owned Honda from an extensive inventory & variety of quality Hondas, reviewing all the different features across models & model years through assisting you with all of the paperwork so you can leave the dealership pretty much the same day! Matt Adler, Pre-Owned Manager, not only has a great team but makes himself available to any prospective client or existing client who walks through the door, if needed. He's personal, friendly and innovative in his approach to addressing any issues or concerns you might have by focusing on solutions. In the Service Dept., Michael Luisi will greet you heartily, put a smile on your face, treat you like your family (which seriously you are at NS Honda) and do "everything" he can to ensure servicing your vehicle is an easy experience, timely, top notch and affordable (his estimates are always spot on but he will always call you personally if an additional service might be needed or recommended). These are only a few of the folks at NS Honda that my daughter Jessica and I know quite well but the ENTIRE "team" at NS Honda (from the lovely guy who valets your car to the gals who set up loaner cars and of course the crew who services your vehicle) totally "rock it". They inherently know the importance of genuinely connecting with clients, providing stellar service and even taking your calls when you call or calling you back in a timely fashion. Having spent over 35+ years in Sales & Marketing, I know and value great service, collaborative teamwork, personal integrity and a solution-oriented mindset & approach. I never thought that my experience there would be so easy and budget comforting. Id like to thank Cindy Campos my sales consultant for her outstanding professionalism, she's a great sales person. As dedicated as she is, she made it possible for me to have a car today. I highly recommend cindy, I'm sure she will make make it happen for anyone without a doubt. Id also like to thank the finance manager Rich Cirami for his expertise. I promise you that he is the DON of making your car dreams come true. Rich will not only put a smile on your face but he will make sure your satisfied with your financials and comfortable with the car you are looking to purchase. To my favorite sales manager, Phill I really appreciate you making me feel comfortable throughout this major purchase. You really helped me get a great deal!! I hated trade-in time... Until NS Honda Let's face it, dealers are out to sell cars! And I have bought/ leased my share. Each time I would leave a dealer, I felt as if they always got t Let's face it, dealers are out to sell cars! And I have bought/ leased my share. Each time I would leave a dealer, I felt as if they always got the better deal. Not the case with NS Honda. Ironically, I was looking for a way out of my current car and current car dealer. I thought, "I will buy a different brand vehicle from their used car lot... then sneak my business over to the new brand. Thus the birth of Audi. I live in an area where all wheel drive CANNOT be taken lightly. The Audi was only FWD; no parking sensors, back up camera etc. so I held off. THEN I found NS Honda 5 mins from my house. Same Audi; AWD, S-Line; Tinted, Fully Loaded; a pinch more money, naturally. I was pleased and surprised beyond all expectation at how this team of folks went to work working multiple strategies to get me in this Non- Honda! It was like I was a friend or family... and "don't worry, we'll make it happen" was said a number of times... Ultimately Cindy, Matthew, John, Corey & the big guns Finance manager went to battle for me! And so, to close out this novel.... I'm now the proud owner of an Audi, and can't wait until my family grows & I need a Reliable Honda. -Stop wasting time; head on in; and let these folks get to work for you. You won't regret it. J.S. From my initial contact with Cory from internet sales, to Peter Aber in sales handing me the keys this was by far the best experience I've had leasing a vehicle. What I usually consider a painful chore, the gentlemen at North Shore Honda made it a smooth and simple part of my day. Cory was fast to respond to my internet inquiry. Eddie and Rich in financing both went above and beyond checking rates with different banks and getting me the best deal. And thank you Peter for coming in just for me to get me in this truck today. It takes a women to sell a car! Cindys the best! I visited five dealerships before I found a sales consultant that was honest and straightforward and more importantly a women! I walked out of five I visited five dealerships before I found a sales consultant that was honest and straightforward and more importantly a women! I walked out of five dealerships because each man that I meet treated me like a dumb blond when in fact I am a high powered professional women. When I came to North Shore Honda I meet Cindy Campos who in my estimation was straight forward, showed me what I wanted not what she thought I wanted and we constructed a deal in 30 minutes after viewing one of two vehicles I liked. She wrote it up the manager signed off and then she escorted me to meet the Director of Finance. I walked in to meet a simple stunning man who warmly greeted me and frankly I was at ease when I declared I want to buy nothing, please don't sell me anything and he smiled and said, I don't sell money I procure the best financing options for you. Wow! this was a first! Well Richard Cirami is the Finance Director for a reason. Polished professional and well connected to the banks as he negotiated a deal for me with TD Bank right in front of me. The rate was lower that I received an hour earlier when I called. I was elated and yes we spoke of the Honda Care program which after he showed me the savings over the long run I purchased. Within 20 minutes he assembled the paperwork, gave it to the billing department and 15 minutes later he was handed my plates and all of the formal documents for signature. All it took was five more minutes everything was highlighted for signatures and he shook my hand wished me well and walked me back to Cindy for delivery. Jay did his part the Finance Director Richard Cirami was just a consummate gentlemen, professional dressed like a Banker should be and offered us a wonderful Fina e package to include a long term warranty and tire and wheel protection! He sighed us out was on point with everything he told us and we just had a great conversation! He thanked us for purchasing the Honda and walked us back to Jay who had everything in order! This is the best of the best! More
