This was the best car buying experience I have had in my many years of buying vehicles since I am in my 50's. Karen was excellent from the very beginning with the buying deal. She recognized that I was not a person who enjoyed purchasing vehicles. She was very knowledgable in the Tundra I wanted to buy and kept me informed. We worked to get the maximum rebates and pricing I wanted and made the process smooth. I was not placed in an office and left there for long periods of time but was respected for the way I wanted to be treated which I established from the beginning. I wanted a specific color 1794 which was in short supply. Due to a recall it was taking a couple of weeks so Karen and Patrick found one for me that was released and had a couple of employees drive to Oklahoma pick it up and drive it back. It was prepped, inspected in Texas and cleaned to make it ready for me to pick up the following morning. In the mean time they had already prepared the financing and had it ready when I showed up and Richard made that process go smoothly and quickly. All in all I would highly recommend Cowboy Toyota, Karen Schlatterer and the team. I could not have had a friendlier, more knowledgeable experience anywhere else. More

A great dealership to work with! First, they were kind enough to come get us at our home since we did not have a car. Then, everyone was extremely kind and patient as we test drove different cars and cru enough to come get us at our home since we did not have a car. They worked really hard to get us any and every deal that we qualified for. I normally dread going to dealerships and dealing with uncomfortable situations, but my fiancee and I had a lot of good laughs while dealing with their kind and fun-loving staff. I will certainly be back next time I need a car! More

I dealt with 7 area dealers and by far in my experiences, Karen was the most upfront, friendly, honest, NO Hassle, truthful, absolutely non aggressive and responsive sales representative that I encountered during my new purchase journey. Upfront, she explained the sales tactics and hidden pricing obscurities other dealers would apply, to which I encountered at several other dealerships. With Karen, the bottom price quote she presented to me was absolute to the end of closing and no other hidden or extras charges were ever added on at the end, period!! It was the agreed upon price (of course plus TTL, which is State imposed, not dealer ship). One last very important point, she provided me with the lowest price of all the dealerships I dealt with, WAY TO GO KAREN !!! I just purchased my very first car. I was a nervous, but excited mess. Lianne Mann was very helpful in reassuring me that I was in good hands. She knew the answer to every question I had. The very next day after the purchase, she called me personally and asked me if everything was going well with the car and if any problems had arisen. It may not be the largest or newest dealership, but there is something to be said when the sales staff is friendly and genuinely want to make the car leasing experience as pleasant as possible. I was particularly impressed with Richard Breaud in their Finance Department. He had all my paperwork ready to go and had me on the road with my new Camry in no time at all. More

My previous vehicle was totaled on Christmas Eve of 2011, and I had my final day in the rental car the insurance company had provided. I had another vehicle in the works at a different dealership, awaiting a call from them concerning some maintenance issues. They never called, and my wife and I felt that they had lied to us on a few things. While waiting for a response, my wife had found a nice looking Pre-Owned Prius at Cowboy Toyota. She had spoken with a salesman named John Petro, and had mentioned how nice he was. We drove an hour away to see the Prius. Once we told John the specifics of what we were looking for, he suggested that we look at a vehicle that had just been traded in. It was a one owner, 2006 Prius with only 19K miles. Fully loaded. John and his sales manager, Scott Hardesty, worked out a deal with us with no pressure, and we left there completely satisfied. Moreover, the finance guy was very friendly! Overall, our car purchase experience was FANTASTIC! The entire team worked with us, not against us. They EARNED our business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely keep them in mind whenever we decide to purchase again. More
